We believe that every child has their own mountain to climb - to help them reach their full potential, we must first take steps to lead by example. As our mission states, helping every child to reach their peak potential! Therefore, every donation we receive will enable us to continue our vital work to children and families who need it most.

Peak have shared an extraordinarily fantastic Evening on Friday with The Brothers Trust annual event, Tom Hollands Posh Pub Quiz at Claridges, London.
TBT ever so generously support numerous exceptional charities who work tirelessly to improve the lives of others. Their gala event on Friday raised an incredible amount to further support charities that they work with, including ours at Peak! It’s been a surreal honour to be part of this fantastic evening, we are so grateful for.
We met wit some wonderful charities including Story Book Dad, The Mizen Foundation, RBKares plus and heard more about the other amazing charities that TBT support, The Lunch Bowl Network Limited, CureEB, Debra, who continue to raise awareness, research for cures and provide essential support to families across the nation.
A Massive Thank You to The Brothers Trust for inviting us. We had such fun participating in the brilliant trivia quiz and meeting your sensational team again who made the whole evening appear effortless and flawless!

It’s been a fantastic day in Gloucester for the kick off of our National Tour! It was truly heartening to engage with so many parents and carers sharing stories about their experiences of school settings, home life, obtaining diagnosis and much more. The diversity of topics discussed allowed us to share valuable insights, personal experiences, and professional support.
These events play a crucial role in fostering a sense of community and providing a platform for sharing knowledge and experiences. For families caring for neurodiverse children, these gatherings offer a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and find support. By coming together, we create a supportive network that is invaluable in navigating the challenges and celebrating our children’s achievements and milestones too.

Dingley’s Promise is a transformative centre in Gloucester dedicated to enhancing the early years for children with SEND. Originating in 1988 in Reading, Dingley’s Promise has expanded its impact with additional locations in Wokingham, Newbury, and now Gloucestershire. Their commendable work inspires and uplifts countless families, offering crucial services such as access to speech and language specialists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, family support workers, enriching play sessions, and supportive coffee mornings for parents.

We were available for parents/carers to talk with us about any questions or concerns they might have had regarding their child(ren). We shared on-the-spot advice and strategies, as well as booking further appointments for anyone seeking additional information and support.
It was a great opportunity to meet like-minded families in a non-judgmental and supportive community for a cuppa and a chat. We look forward to the next event!

The event was a free initiative aimed at supporting families with various nutritional and health-related topics, covering aspects such as sleep, mental and physical wellbeing, immunity, anxiety levels, digestive system, and more.
We were thrilled to have Suzannah Jackson Nutrition, a Nutritional Therapist & Naturopath, Health Coach, Mitochondrial Rescue Practitioner, and Functional Medicine Practitioner, as our special guest for this event! Suzannah shared invaluable insights, practical advice, and addressed all the burning questions about nutrition, health, and overall family wellbeing. It was a fantastic opportunity for attendees to gain expert guidance tailored to their family's unique needs.

Here’s a quick update for one of our family’s we’ve supported this month. A lovely young person called Alexander whose family have been struggling to retrieve support with his diagnosis, EHCP, as well as the challenge of Hypermobility in which Alexander felt physical pain when writing at school; causing his anxiety to increase and disengaging further from his engagement & enjoyment in education.
Peak stepped in to see how we could help and remove some of those obstacles to get Alexander the resources he needs and help him reach his peak potential. Peak visited & presented in Twyning today! It’s an absolute honour to be invited to meet and speak with so many passionate and resilient parents and community support groups such as Neurodiversi-Tea Natters . We had the privilege of connecting with so many incredible families, offering advice, guidance, and strategies to navigate the beautiful journey of raising neurodiverse children. We also met up and heard from great organisations like old friends, Active Impact. Together we are all doing our part to give the best future for our children Peak spoke out about the services we offer, sharing success stories with our clients, some who were in the audience, and continuing that message of hope that our little ones can, should and will have the best outcomes if we remain vigilant, strong and support each other just like this wonderful community group are doing.

Ollie has ADHD and ASD. His sister Darcy has multiple additional needs and attends a specialist provision. Ollie’s sensory needs and ASD prevent him from managing a mainstream classroom and will look to also be attending a specialist provision.
As a family they have a lot to manage on a daily basis.. After reaching out to PEAK we were able to fund him Forest School this summer giving parents some well needed respite as he needs constant supervision and stimulation.

Peak were invited to a Parent Led Support Group this morning by MAPs (Minchinhampton Additional Needs Parent Support Group) We met with some amazing parents, school representatives and parental support organisations like the Gloucestershire Parent Carer Forum. Together we shared stories, experiences, and challenges across the spectrum. Support groups like these really provide a sense of community for parents and carers. It also allows parents to build relationships with other parents, learn from each other, and build a support network. These support groups are invaluable in helping parents navigate our neurodiverse world. It was a pleasure for Peak to have been a part of it and to be able to share advice and strategies on the spot.

Peak was privileged to attend the WPA event at Benefact Trust and support the employees and families of neurodiverse individuals. This workshop gave those who attended the opportunity to discuss the vast challenges and perspectives of neurodiversity within their own families. They shared their experiences living with a neurodiverse family member and raised questions, and topics of areas that they wanted to hear and learn more about. The event was a great success, and we feel very privileged to have been a part of this and to have met so many wonderful people who are committed to supporting and raising neurodiverse families.

A successful event at EDF today where PEAK was invited to meet and support the Disability and Carer’s Network with 1:1 and group sessions, assisting working parents in those next steps.
